Subject:                                         9-8-26 THOUGHTS

 

"Blameless and pure, children of God"...  Wow!    We need to desire this with earnest power.  It needs to be a superior desire in us!  May I say a "fire in the belly"... want!  It's a desire that produces results in us.  May we "shine" and "hold out" Your life giving Word!  No griping, no arguing... humbly love and rejoice.  Help us to find fulfilment as we earnestly seek to please You, O God.  

Php 2:14-16a NIV    Do everything without complaining or arguing, 15  so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe  16  as you hold out the word of life—

Our Prayer:
Father, give us an upbeat, positive attitude of love as we walk through this life.  We are created in Your Image, may we rejoice as we shine that Image to our world.  Give us an energetic joy in holding forth the Word of Life.  How wonderful to be Your children, blessed as we are by the Source of all blessings. Be praised Awesome God!  In the name of our Savior,   Amen.
